When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days after purchase.

How long does shipping take?
Since we ship from various logistics centers around the world depending on your location, delivery times may vary. On average, delivery takes about 5 to 15 business days. Your tracking number will be updated within 3-5 days after your order has been shipped.

How do I cancel my order?
We can only cancel orders within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, the order is likely already being processed, prepared for shipment, or has been shipped. Once cancellation is processed, we will not be able to reverse it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we take pride in offering fast service, which includes dispatching your order as quickly as possible.

What is your return policy?
If there is an issue with your order (such as a product defect, wrong item, or damage during shipping), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you with a review.
If approved, we will replace the item for you.
Please do not return the product before contacting us; our customer support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened items.
